1. The service
MagicCB is a free online resume builder with AI assistance. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your content
Everything you put into a resume belongs to you. Because your data is stored in your own browser, you are responsible for backing it up, for example with the folder backup feature or by exporting files. We cannot recover data that exists only in a browser you cleared or lost.
3. AI output
AI features generate suggestions based on the information you provide. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your resume and confirming that everything in it is accurate and truthful before sending it to anyone. Do not use the AI to produce false credentials or misleading claims.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use MagicCB to violate any law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt the service, or abuse the AI features, for example with excessive automated requests.
5. Third-party services
AI responses are produced by third-party providers, and PDF generation uses an external service. Their availability is not guaranteed by us, and their own terms apply to their processing.
6. No warranty
MagicCB is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or lost opportunities.
7. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
